Shiny without receiving reflections possible?

Trying to do a shiny acrylic plastic that does not receive any reflections. Is that possible? Or not receive light from the room?

we might be able to come up with something creative if you can share the model, or at least the set-up?

Layers and Photoshop/Affinity sem the way to go with multiple renders.
