Agree with Dutchesse... perhaps the people are making the space not so cheerful... just a little.
Oli, I liked how you made an outline of the people. about 10 days ago I was experimenting with something similar I thought was successful/useful because you can see the scale of the person, yet not block view of the architecture... I was working with the FormFonts "60's" figures.
Any thoughts about this style? (not meaning to hi-jack the thread.)
