the tall 2D plants are the only thing that look odd to me.

Hi Tom, really nice render... :D
The texture of the pillows are a bit too shiny, and the pictures on the wall not enough...
The stone texture is awesome... ;)

Definitely better, Tom... :^:
Though... The bump on the floor seem a tad too strong IMO... :|
Please remember that this will also effect your render time (in a negative sense)...

the bump looks abit too much to me too but it is only set at 0.6 :!
Well, the render hv been sent up to client for approval anyway
and they are happy with it so :whoot: money in the bank thats
is equally important :^:

great renderings!

I like the paintings and wood on couches in second image.
I could go either way w/ background to art wall with plates, but I think I like the one w/out the texture if the point is to have the plates 'stand out'.
the end tables look better in shot 1, floor looks best in shot 1.
big seating cushion on couch could stand a little bit more polygons of detail to give it life.
