If i put the multi-threading down to 18 core (so half) in Easy setting render time is 8 sec
The closing down part goes faster then.

Very nice/fast machine.

There appears to be a diminishing returns threshold for certain renderings on certain rigs. It may be time to create a new speed test scene for these machines which are coming out now.

With your machine, a small, biased rendering is not going to see the boost from all the power like a hi-resolution unbiased rendering will. It's difficult to do benchmark for unbiased renderings. There's a very inaccurate way to test noise levels, but it's quite rough and subjective.

That said, you will see the unbiased renderings clearing up very quickly compared to your old machines.

Amazon Web Services EC2 c5.18xlarge with eg1.medium attached graphics.

I'm a bit disappointed this isn't winning here, but it's still a lot faster than my computer (i5-2500k).

Low: 12 seconds
Medium: 47 seconds
High: 2 minutes

Looks like it's time for a new benchmark scene. The most recent computers are hitting a speed wall or close to 2 minutes for the highest quality.

We will give this some careful consideration. Thanks for posting!
What is the pricing structure and effort needed for you to set up the Amazon Web Services EC2 c5.18xlarge with eg1.medium attached graphics virtual machine?
