These look great, Tom. One tiny critique - the images seem cold. Could be the color scheme, but some warmer lights would help. Perhaps temperature adjustment in the Tone Map settings of the renderings would be easier.

Fletch, I totally agree with you on the coldness of the shot. ;)
this client of mine love white black grey and bright white lights. After all this is the 3rd house I done for him .
No point warming up the interior only to be ask to re render. Client is king :roll: Right. cheers

very well detailed modelling and nice clean renders :clap:

the pot plants are the only things that let it down a little....but that is only a small issue really

I once had a client ask me if I could make my design ehhh... less appealing, it was too attractive and they "weren't that kind of company". :roll:

Nice render, Did you use Emitter material or an ies one for hidden lights on the ceiling?

I myself usually am afraid of LEMs , It will increase the render time so much. Is there any other trick instead? using ies, etc?
