About licenses

Dear sir

I have some queries.
If my hareware upgrade and I need to reinstall my OS.
Do I need to apply a new license again?

If you reinstall the OS you will need to re-request the license.

I believe there are no restrictions about how many times I reinstall my OS on the same computer. I'm right?

:? In theory you're right...
However, if we believe that you're misusing the license request, we can refuse to provide a new license...
