There is not a trial period for Twilight Render Pro. If you want to evaluate Twilight Render, we recommend trying the our Hobby version first.

It is quite a long time, I have not used my Sketchup and Twilight.
Can it be a reason, I do not have access to Gem library ?(Actually, my Twilight Pro has disappeared).
I am trying to enter again and again my activation number and I keep receiving Message error (and no possibility I made mistake, because I copy paste the code).

Hi,
After purchase the pro and all add-ons licenses,
I successfully installed all to my sketchup on Windows OS,
However, I have additional macos, where I've only managed to install the pro version on sketchup
And have no Idea how to enable add-ons
Once I'm trying to activate the add-ons license from email where I received the codes, I see the error in activation window of
Twilight render site,
Please help

With Twilight Render Pro licenses, each computer needs its own Activation Code. So you just need to repeat the activation process on each computer. This applies to AddOns as well, each computer needs its own unique Activation.

Once you have activated Twilight Render Pro, you have to restart SketchUp. Once restarted, the ability to activate AddOns will be available.
