Please help me, how I can 'liquid relaistic water' material change, that the water be green?

If you want water that changes color with depth, look under the Liquid template set, specifically the "Realistic Water" template. Be aware though, these are finicky materials as they rely on the same principles of absorption and scatter that are used with SSS materials. You'll need to tweak them a bit to get the right look for your scene.
