Wow, water in slow motion is always amazing... interesting to see the number of people and the amount of technology behind a shooting of a relatively small thing like a droplet...

Equally amazing is watching the slo-motion lighting strike in a related clip... lighting jumps from the ground to the sky... something I think I learned in Physics way-back-when, but never got to see a video of it.

The lightning to starts from the clouds (fractal tree growth), but as soon as it hits the earth, it blasts back upward - have a look here:

also mind-blowing is what some guys do playing around with Tesla coils:

the flashes can be somehow triggered with audio/radio signals, and then does the job of a loudspeaker
(not sure about the physical terminology, but it works without soundsystem, the arc replaces the membrane, have seen it in an art-performance)
