that image is amazing. im guessing the elevation would be on page 1

I'd just render both sections as usual, apply one rendering to each page of a 3D model of a book, and render again.

Betcha I can....
However Sketchup could not handle that amount of poly's needed to create the scene, so I cannot prove you wrong.
