hdr exterior vs interior

Post by olishea » Tue Sep 29, 2009 1:30 pm

Say I have an interior studio hdr image lighting my scene. (sunlight disabled)

Would it be best to use interior or exterior progressive preset? I am just rendering a product on its own....not a building or anything.

Easy 8 does not work well with HDR in indirectly lit areas.
All other methods Easy 1-10 work well. Easy Med.+ will be fast. High+ will be better.
9 will be even better and 10 will be best. ;)

this was 300 passes with preset 08 (post processed a bit-curves/levels etc)

I am cooking preset 10 now, looks better already.....will let it go until theres no noise.

Solo....do u recognise the chair?
