That material is a non-physical material. If you shine a light on that material, it will actually produce more light because almost all the light is reflected by diffuse and just as much also passes through the material. Twilight's templates, generally, are specifically created to prevent that from happening. The closest you'll get is Generic -> Flat -> and change the alpha to 25% or so.

The library "LampShades_FastFake_Twilight" has materials very similar to this, I believe.

you can use Kerkythea libraries Silu!!!! Just use the Kerkythea material!

E de-ajuns sa specifici in "Twilight Options/Direcories and Files" calea catre directorul ce contine materialele KT si bibliotecile vor aparea sub tab-ul "Library"... dar probabil ca asta stii
