Edge Lit Acrylic

I'm trying to simulate edge lit acrylic for lighting analysis.
Example:
Is there a material or render setting that would give this effect?
My SketchUp test file is attached.

see attached .skp (2018 version) file.
- foreground light emitting plane reflecting into acrylic surface, and background spot lights on wall/floor help visualize what the materials are doing. added floor material for same reason.

note: exposure for rendering set to 2.0 in Post-process>Simple in render window.
also: try searching forum for "neon light" there's a nice thread there for creative lighting techniques.
